Univision 41 coverage of the 156 South 9th Street Building Rally

On January 7, 2025, Communities Resist rallied with Los Sures and tenants calling on the city to remove negligent landlords from 156 South 9th Street. The rally comes after tenants have endured months of no heat, hot water and gas, as well as living in uninhabitable conditions. The building has also racked up nearly 400 violations.
